Ko Lanta

Belgian-style blonde ale with lime leaf and galangal

Alcohol per volume: 6.4%
Volume: 650mL bottle, 19.5L keg, 29.3L keg
Ingredients: Malted barley, wheat, oats, triticale, hops, lime leaf, galangal, yeast, water

Ko Lanta brings the bright, citrusy flavours of a Thai yellow curry to the fruity crispness of a Belgian blonde ale.  This beer was originally brewed for our third anniversary, and we crowd-sourced recipe ideas from our entire staff.  The resulting beer has citrusy and spice notes that layer over the yeast esters and blend with subtly herbal hops for a compelling and refreshing drink.
