Brune

A Belgian abbey-style dubbel brewed with mission figs

Alcohol by volume: 7.5%
Volume: 650mL bottle, 19.5L keg
Ingredients: Malted barley, wheat, sugar, mission figs, hops, yeast, water

Combining the mission figs once grown by Franciscan monks on this continent with the yeast used by Trappist monks in Europe, Dageraad Brune is our take on a classic Belgian abbey dubbel.

Dageraad Brune is refermented in the bottle, so pour with care to leave the yeast sediment in the bottle.
