Deep in the recesses of our Bohemian mountain lager cave, in Lake City, Burnaby, we made an astounding discovery during a recent renovation. Behind a crumbling 13th century stone wall, we discovered an ancient scroll: a recipe for Dagvar, a Czech-style light lager, left there by none other than our founding brewster Dagmar Dageraad.
We’ve done our best to replicate this venerable brew, using Bohemian floor-malted pilsner and Cezch-saaz hops.
