Disco Strobe is a multigrain saison that spent a chunk of the pandemic fermenting in oak barrels with brettanomyces and lactobacillus. It was brewed in collab with Boombox Brewing. We dragged it out of its hiding place and woke it up by dry-hopping it with Sultana and Styrian Goldings hops.
And now it’s ready to boogie.
