Dageraad invited our friends at Four Winds to come over and puzzle through a science problem with us. Using some ancient techniques and some cutting-edge yeast, we’ve produced some molecules for your enjoyment.
Combined with Nelson Sauvin and Enigma hops, the molecules give the impression of a light, spritzy sauvignon blanc, but better, because it’s beer.
