One of a pair of twin beers brewed to mark the first birthday of our head brewer’s twin children, Louise is a zesty little Belgian-style blonde ale. Grounded on dependable old German pilsner malt, Louise’s character is lifted and brightened by Belgian yeast, citrusy American hops, and deft spicing.

Louise is refermented in the bottle, so pour with care to leave the yeast sediment in the bottle.
