Alcohol per volume: 5.5%
Volume: 750 mL bottle, 29.3L keg
Ingredients: Malted barley, oats, hops, yeast, brettanomyces, water
We brewed this light, bright beer last winter. We dry-hopped it and then left it to bottle and keg condition with brettanomyces all spring and summer, increasing in both complexity and carbonation until it became the beer we felt you deserved.
Mirth is brightly herbal with notes of hay and spice, with a bit of barnyard funk. Its elevated carbonation demands that you pour it in a glass and makes it an excellent pairing for barbecued meats.
