Dageraad’s Mitch and Yellow Dog’s Liam grew up together in Terrace, BC, and the name of this beer was originally going to be a silly joke, but we renamed it in light of the times we’re living in. The virus can separate us physically, but it will never tear us apart.
This extremely unsilly beer is a master work of mixed-culture fermentation. The beer was fermented with saison yeast, brettanomyces and bacteria, and then dry-hopped, bottle conditioned, and aged several months in the bottle before release.
