New Slang 8

Biotransformed IPA with Citrus Zest

Alcohol by volume: 6.5%
Volume: 473 mL
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, triticale, hops, yeast, orange zest, lemon zest, lime zest

Help shake some of that February dust off with this bright and zippy entry in our New Slang series of IPAs. We brewed New Slang 8 with Eclipse and HBC 638 hops, layering citrus on resin on tropical fruit. That, plus a laborious amount of hand-zested lemons, limes and oranges, gives you a vibrant IPA with a heady fruit aroma and balanced sweetness. Something to give your palate a mid-winter wake up.
