Pandan is an aromatic leaf used in south- and southeast Asian cooking, which is an incredible coconut flavour enhancer. We toasted coconut at the brewery, so we could use freshly-toasted coconut in the brew kettle, with enough left over for a generous dry-coconut addition to the fermentor.
Pandan is refermented in the bottle, so pour with care to leave the yeast sediment in the bottle.
