State of Nature

IPA with Brettanomyces

Alcohol by volume: 6.5%
Volume: 473 mL
Ingredients: Malted barley, malted spelt, oats, hops, water, yeast, brettanomyces

The edifice of pure-culture fermentation is a mirage. Beneath the thin veneer of this civilization lies the brutal reality. In every corner of a brewery lurk ravenous creatures prepared to devour what saccharomyces doesn’t even consider food and overthrow the established order.

State of Nature is a fruity IPA, co-fermented with saccharomyces and two strains of brettanomyces, and dry-hopped with a blend of herbaceous old world hops and fruity new world hops.
