The Problem of Induction is an effort by Dageraad to make a biotransformed Belgian-style IPA with Simcoe and Hallertau Blanc hops. All of our previous efforts to make biotransformed Belgian-style IPA have resulted in delicious beer, but this is not logically sufficient to conclude that The Problem of Induction is delicious beer.
That is the problem of The Problem of Induction: no number of past observations of Dageraad making delicious biotransformed Belgian-style IPA would be sufficient to predict that The Problem of Induction is delicious. You can’t know until you taste it.
