Cocktail-Inspired Mezcal Barrel-Aged Saison

Alcohol by volume: 11.0%
Volume: 375 mL

Two breweries with a passion for barrel-aging beer walk into a bar…have you heard this one before? No?

Okay, so, the bar was The Magnet, Vancouver’s best beer bar, but the bartender there was a bit of a rock star when it came to cocktails. So we started talking about mezcal old fashioneds, and we decided to barrel-age a beer with a lot of the same flavour notes.

This beer is really cool. Thanks to our pals Tristan Stewart at Temporal and Rob Scope at Magnet for Helping us make it happen.
