A “graf” is a beer-cider hybrid; this particular graf is a mixed-culture fermented saison made with an interesting blend of fruit from the Sunshine Coast orchards of Banditry Cider. The Banditry crew came to visit Dageraad with freshly pressed juice of a hand-selected blend of crabapples, cider apples, and quince to make this unusual beer.
