Dageraad White is a Belgian-style witbier with a twist: a sprinkle of peppery grains of paradise and a pinch of sumac for a bright, citrusy aroma as well as a subtle earthiness. With a creamy mouthfeel and a fairly dry finish, Dageraad White is a great patio beer and an excellent pairing for any dish that benefits from a spicy hit of citrus, such as fish or salad.
Dageraad White is fermented with Belgian yeast and bottle conditioned for natural carbonation, and an extra layer of complexity. We recommend gently rolling the bottle to agitate and mix the sediment for an authentic witbier experience.
