New Slang 6

Biotransformed IPA with Sultana, Chinook & Citra

Alcohol by volume: 6.5%
Volume: 473
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, malted rye, oats, hops, dextrose, orange peel

New Slang 6 is a clean and fruit-forward biotransformed IPA. It is hopped with Sultana, Chinook and Citra to build up big citrus and spice notes. Then we dialled it to 11 by conditioning the beer on freshly zested cara cara orange peel to make the citrus notes really sing.

The beer is clean and finishes dry; using just the zest adds a lot of orange aroma and helps keep things from getting too juicy.
